 Born and raised in the prairies ... It only took one visit to Vancouver to know this would be my Home! My career started in the financial industry working for RBC in Vancouver. During my time there, I acquired the Canadian Securities Diploma, amongst many other financial courses and was quickly promoted to becoming a Financial Advisor. This experience enhanced my professionalism, knowledge of investing, financing, and excellent client service. A perfect introduction to real estate.

 In 1991, I moved to South Delta making Tsawwassen my home and started my career in the Real Estate Industry. I have been licensed as a Realtor for the past 30 years, specializing in South Delta. Living here has made me realize this is the best place to live in the Lower Mainland. My experience of local knowledge, sports & activities in the community, plus the connections I have made over the years are invaluable. In my business, clients always comes first, and looking after their best interests is my top priority. I live my life with integrity in every aspect of life.
